Jeff Ganek headshot

Jeffrey E. Ganek
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ganek is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Neustar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR). Neustar is a leading provider of clearinghouse and directory services to the global communications and Internet industry.

Prior to Neustar, Mr. Ganek served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Communications Industry Services (CIS) at Lockheed Martin. In 1999, he led the acquisition of CIS from Lockheed Martin to form Neustar.

Before Lockheed Martin, Mr. Ganek served as Vice President of Asia Operations for Global TeleSystems Group, a communication service provider in Europe and Asia, and as Vice President of Marketing at GTE Spacenet. Previously, he held positions in marketing, corporate development and finance at MCI and earlier at AT&T.

Mr. Ganek serves on the board of comScore and on advisory boards at Carnegie Mellon University and American University. He also serves on boards of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.

Lisa A. Hook
President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Hook has served as Neustar’s President and Chief Operating Officer since joining the company in 2008. She is responsible for Neustar’s operations, global sales and technology development, and also plays a key role in expanding the adoption of Neustar’s leading clearinghouse and directory services in new markets.

Prior to joining Neustar, Ms. Hook held leadership positions at a number of Fortune 500 companies including AOL, Time Warner and Viacom over a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years. An attorney, she also spent time as a political appointee with the Federal Communications Commission.

Ms. Hook serves on a number of corporate and non-profit boards, including Reed Elsevier Plc.

Paul S. Lalljie
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lalljie is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neustar, Inc., responsible for leading Neustar's worldwide finance organization, overseeing treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, real estate management and investor relations. Mr. Lalljie has been with Neustar for over 10 years. During this time, he has served in a variety of increasingly expansive roles within Neustar’s Corporate Finance department, including Vice President, Financial Planning & Treasurer and other positions within accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations.

John J. Dziak, Jr.
Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Dziak is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Neustar, Inc., responsible for the formulation of Neustar’s long-term strategic direction and its implementation across the company’s multiple service groups. He oversees all of Neustar’s Mergers and Acquisitions activities at the corporate and service group levels. Additionally, Mr. Dziak is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of Neustar’s Corporate Growth Programs, strategic development initiatives targeting expansion and entry into new, high-growth markets for IP-based interoperability and managed services hubs.

Previously, Mr. Dziak served as Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy at Sprint Nextel; Senior Vice President, Services and Distribution at Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (MSV); and Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development at MCI Communications (now Verizon Business). Mr. Dziak also spent over 15 years in strategy, technology and operations consulting in the global communications services and technology marketplace with Accenture and Coopers & Lybrand.

 

   
Martin Lowen

Martin K. Lowen
Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary

Mr. Lowen has served as Senior Vice President at Neustar since 2005 and as the company’s General Counsel and Secretary since 2002.  He is responsible for leading Neustar’s legal organization, overseeing legal advice to the business units and providing counsel to the Company’s board of directors and senior management.  Upon joining Neustar in 2000, he served as Vice President of Law and Business Development.

Prior to Neustar, Mr. Lowen served as an Assistant Vice President at TeleGlobe Communications, a director in the legal department at MCI Communications, and an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Hogan & Hartson LLP.

 

   
Doug Arnold

Douglas S. Arnold
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. Arnold has served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Neustar, Inc. since September 2007. He leads all human capital programs and initiatives that support Neustar’s results-oriented, high-performance culture. His specific areas of focus are leadership development, cultural transformation, and attracting new top-caliber professional talent to Neustar.

Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Arnold was Vice President, Human Resources at World Kitchen, Inc., a manufacturer and importer of housewares; he also served in the same role at U.S. Cellular, a provider of mobile telephone services. Earlier, he held a variety of executive and managerial roles at PepsiCo for Pizza Hut International and Frito-Lay, Inc.

 

   
Alex Tulchinsky

Alex Tulchinsky
Senior Vice President, Shared Services

Mr. Tulchinsky is Senior Vice President, Shared Services at Neustar, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing all software development, quality assurance, network engineering, security and operations, IT/enterprise services, integration services, customer support and project management functions.

Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Tulchinsky was the founder and managing partner of TulchTech, LLC, an executive consulting practice specializing in infrastructure optimization and assessment of technology operations, and was Senior Vice President of Network and Technology Operations at SunRocket, Inc., a VoIP service provider, where he launched major technology initiatives and oversaw all network infrastructure, technology development and IT functional areas.  Mr. Tulchinsky also spent 13 years at America Online, Inc., where he held several senior technical leadership and executive-level posts in corporate and business systems, consumer applications and enterprise services. Earlier, Mr. Tulchinsky worked as a senior technical consultant in the Telecommunication and Brokerage industries, specializing in the implementation and deployment of non-stop, fault-tolerant solutions.

 

   
Jerry Kovach

Gerald J. Kovach
Senior Vice President, External Affairs

Mr. Kovach is responsible for the leadership, development, and management of Neustar’s public policy, regulatory, Internet policy, customer relations, and government relations strategic initiatives.  He has over 25 years of experience and is a widely regarded and respected external affairs executive and strategist.

Mr. Kovach’s previous positions include the following:  Senior Vice President of External Affairs for MCI;  Chief of Staff and Chief Counsel of the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation; membership on numerous Presidentially-appointed leadership teams; and senior executive with the National Academy of Sciences.

 

   
Alan Stiffler

Alan J. Stiffler
Senior Vice President, Carrier Services (North America)

Mr. Stiffler is Senior Vice President, Carrier Services (North America) at Neustar, Inc. He is responsible for leading Neustar’s sales, account management, solutions engineering, and service delivery teams in North America, and is responsible for nearly $400 million in revenue from North American carriers/operators, representing over 70 percent of Neustar’s total.

Prior to joining Neustar in 2001, Mr. Stiffler spent eight years with Cable & Wireless USA as a Vice President/GM for the company’s Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and phone card operations. Earlier, he held leadership roles with the Association for Local Telecommunications Services (ALTS) and NTS/Oncor.

 

   
Alex Berry

Alexander L. Berry
Senior Vice President and General Manager,
Internet Infrastructure Services

Mr. Berry is senior vice president and general manager of Neustar’s Internet Infrastructure Services (IIS), which sells outsourced managed DNS solutions, performance monitoring, load testing and professional services to enterprises around the world. He is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the IIS group, and oversees sales, product management, product development, product marketing, global sales, operations and professional services.

Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Berry held a series of progressively more responsible executive positions at Convergys Corporation, serving as senior vice president in Convergys’ HR Management line of business; vice president of global sales for HR Management; and vice president of sales for Convergys’ Communications, Technology, Automotive business unit. Earlier in his career, he led regional professional services efforts for Lucent Worldwide Services.

 

   
Steve Edwards

Steve J. Edwards
Senior Vice President, Carrier Services
Mr. Edwards is Senior Vice President of Carrier Services at Neustar, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing product management, marketing and channel partnerships for Neustar’s global Numbering Services and Converged Addressing and Messaging solutions.

Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Edwards was chief operating officer at Regenesis Power LLC. Earlier in his career, he served as chief marketing officer for Sonus Networks Inc.; vice president of indirect sales and channel development at AT&T Business Services; and president of BT Visual Images.

 

   
Guenter Krauss

Guenter H. Krauss
Senior Vice President and General Manager
International Division – Carrier Services

Mr. Krauss leads the newly-created International division of Neustar to further expand Neustar’s global footprint; the new division converges all carrier services and offerings to carriers. He began his Neustar tenure in 2008 as the General Manager of Neustar’s Next Generation Messaging (NGM) division, now named Converged Messaging.

Mr. Krauss has more than 25 years of experience in international marketing, sales, operations and management. Before joining Neustar, he was CEO of arcplan group, a global provider of business intelligence. Earlier, Mr. Krauss served as Vice President International for Critical Path Corporation. He also has held senior executive positions at companies including Pervasive Software, Retix Inc and IBM.
