Intercarrier Communications Process

Neustar Intercarrier Communications Process (ICP) is an integral part of the company's Wireless Number Portability (WNP) Clearinghouse model. The WNP Clearinghouse was designed to automate all wireless-to-wireless and wire line-to-wireless (interspecies) port request transactions between service providers, as well as Local Service Request (LSR) transaction processing. Electronic updates are made to Neustar's Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) through a single, integrated service.
