1. You will give Foretec SEO Services a list of target keyword(s). For example, if you are selling luxury cars in Singapore, your list can compose of: “Luxury Cars Singapore,” “Luxury Car Dealership in Singapore,” and “Mercedes Dealer in Singapore,” “Lexus Dealer in Singapore.”

2. Foretec will perform a keyword and competition analysis to know if top 5 ranking is achievable and sustainable in the long-run.

3. If the top 5 ranking for these keywords are achievable, Foretec will tell you a time frame to get these rankings. Usually, this takes 4 to 8 weeks.

4. Foretec SEO Services will purchase domain(s), pay for hosting fees, website building fees and ranking fees of the domain purchased. Foretec will own all domains and shoulder the risks. Essentially, you are just leasing the space of the website, costing you significantly lower than owning a website yourself.

5. You are required to make a minimal deposit of $480 to show you are firm in your decision. Once the top 5 ranking is achieved, this fee will be used as your first month payment to us. For your security, we will issue a refund of the fee if we can’t give you the top 5 ranking within the estimated time frame and the agreement is considered dissolved.
